Eye

Pale golden color with subtle copper reflections. Light and delicate effervescence.

Nose

The nose is rich, unveiling stewed and baked fruit - apple, pear, blackberry, and plum - subtly complemented by toasty nuances. It expresses remarkable aromatic intensity and perfectly ripe character.

Palate

The attack reflects the nose, revealing toasted and smoky notes alongside hints of fruit paste. The mid-palate develops into nutty flavors, including hazelnut and pistachio. The finish is fresh and persistent. This wine fully expresses the vintage - warm and challenging, yet healthy and concentrated - and shows excellent aging potential.

Tasting

The cuvée Gold Top 2019 will accompany every memorable moment of the day. With a meal, it pairs perfectly with seared scallops, a creamy mushroom risotto, and refined fish and seafood dishes.
