Champagne Monopole Heidsieck & C°

The Monopole style

Behind our FINEST range of champagnes are the creators of the savoir-faire of the Heidsieck & Co Monopole brand. Since 1785, we have preserved the excellence of our vineyards, guaranteeing the quality and finesse of our champagnes.

That is how Hervé Ladouce, our Cellar Master, protects our highly-prized Monopole style. His vision nourishes our champagnes, enabling them to last for years and generations.
He blends with mastery the grand tradition of Champagne with the changing times.

Being the Cellar Master for Heidsieck & Co Monopole means respecting a past heritage to better envision the future.

A Champagne that persists for generations

Historic work with reserve wines

For a number of years, we have crafted reserve wines used in the production of our vintages.

A portion of the harvested grapes showing great end note potential is preserved for 2 to 3 years.

These wines play an important role in the blending process for the vintages, representing more than half of their composition.

More structured, they add a certain roundness, and help to sustain the Heidsieck & Co Monopole style.

The House stock serves as a guideline to the cellar master. This is why, at Heidsieck & Co Monopole, the procurement of high quality grape stocks has always been the base upon which its vintages are made.
Very fine wines, its bruts are made primarily from dark grape varieties, which lend a lovely structure and wonderfully powerful aroma.
