Nose
Complex nose revealing subtle toasted and grilled notes. On aeration, fresh yellow fruits (peach, nectarine), then stewed fruits, appear with noticeable intensity. After warming, honeyed and pastry notes complete the aromatic palette.
Palate
Beautifully lively and slightly tense attack, with a saline touch. The mid-palate displays roundness and fruit-driven richness (plum, mandarin). The finish is elegant and well-balanced.
Tasting
Recommended as an aperitif, the cuvée Blue Top will also pair successfully with shellfish and Asian cuisine.
