Eye

A cuvée with a pale golden yellow color and crystalline reflections. Regular and persistent bead.

Nose

The nose opens with delicate floral aromas of acacia and hawthorn. Upon aeration, notes of white peach and nectarine emerge, supported by indulgent hints of milk bread.

Mouth

Harmonious, the palate reflects the fruity aromas perceived on the nose. Its texture is balanced and generous, with a long, persistent finish revealing delicate notes of vanilla, leaving a sensation of lightness and sophistication.

Tasting

Recommended as an aperitif, the cuvée White Top Premier Cru is also perfect with a meal, elegantly complementing seafood, shellfish, and fish tartares.
